XERIC Sports at a glance
Founded in December 2016, XERIC Sports Management is a soccer only agency with a foundation built on player & trainer representation.
Extended offerings include a unique mix of consulting, augmented reality, analytics, and event marketing. We work in all global markets with both independently and with partners.
We have one goal, and this is to put our clients in the position to take advantage of the growing soccer industry and become the best of their trade, whether it’s player, trainer, club, federation or partner.

Our Primary Markets
With its strongest presence in the Americas, XERIC Sports’ most dominant region in the United States, both Major League Soccer and USL Championship. Honduras is the agency’s top Latin American market, with Panama, El Salvador and Colombia close behind.
Top European / North African markets include Germany, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Morocco, and Egypt. Japan and China lead the agency´s top Asian markets.
Our focus with the USL Championship is bringing high-potential young players, ideally from a U20 national team, and placing them for a short term contract within the USL for development prior to moving to larger, higher paying leagues around the world.
We will continue to be heavily active within the US market as the MLS grows and salaries begin to match leagues worldwide, while expanding global presence.
Strategic Partners
Strategic partners come in all shapes and sizes. The following are just a few that have helped us grow in distinct areas culminating in what is our unique business model.

To put it lightly, ussoccer has gotten hit hard financially from COVID and the huge reduction in ID centers is a huge giveaway of this
What is important is making sure the clubs in MLS Next have a good local network established to be able to fill the gaps and identify top talent https://t.co/gaV98YvmO1

Bravo @MuscoLighting & @ussoccerfndn - Thank you for $5M project to reach 1M kids creating 1M safe places to play #StreetSoccer. >>Brilliant plan to essentially replace basketball courts with soccer "courts" as sports alternative to hoops. #LoveIt
We are thrilled to announce that our partnership with @MuscoLighting continues with a new $5M investment over 5 years! This will help us reach our #EveryonesGame goal of engaging 1M kids in programming and creating 1,000 safe places to play. Learn more: https://t.co/ciFaQ5od2C
